The plot follows Rowan (James Marsden), a former troublemaker who returns to his Alaskan hometown after years of absence. His brother, Beckett (Thomas Jane), is a no-nonsense sheriff with whom Rowan shares a strained relationship.
The two brothers reunite to search for a missing person in the dense wilderness known as the Grizzly Maze, only to discover that they are being hunted by a monstrous grizzly bear. The animal, seemingly unstoppable, becomes the ultimate test of their survival skills and their bond as brothers.

One of the filmโs most striking elements is its setting. The Alaskan wilderness is both beautiful and terrifying, with vast forests, towering mountains, and dense undergrowth that create a claustrophobic atmosphere.
The cinematography captures the raw, untamed beauty of the landscape while emphasizing the danger lurking within. The Grizzly Maze itself becomes a character in the storyโa labyrinthine natural world that can either protect or doom those who enter.
