Occupation: Rainfall is a 2020 Australian sci-fi action film directed and written by Luke Sparke. Serving as a sequel to the 2018 film Occupation, it expands on the story of Earth’s resistance against a relentless alien invasion.
The movie picks up two years after the initial invasion depicted in Occupation. Earth has become a battlefield, and the remnants of humanity are locked in a desperate fight for survival. The resistance, a ragtag group of soldiers and civilians, works to repel the technologically advanced extraterrestrial forces.
Amid the chaos, a resistance fighter named Matt Simmons (Dan Ewing) partners with an alien defector named Gary (Lawrence Makoare). 
Together, they uncover a conspiracy that could change the tide of the war. The key to victory lies in unraveling the mystery behind “Rainfall,” a secret weapon the aliens possess.
